Welding Hose Tools, Ferrules & Nuts
Use of the Ezyfit
- This helps to fit LP112 (Welding Hose Fitting 5mm RH (reusable) and LP240 (Welding Hose Fitting 5mm LH (reusable) quickly.
- It can also fit 10mm hose fittings.
- Only need a spanner for gripping and tightening.
- There is a slot on top of the Ezyfit for a blade to cut the hose into the correct offset length to make a hose assembly.
- There are other cutting guides for all even ended hose connections.
- It does not leave rubber plugs in hose.
- The internal guides position the hose.
- The Ezyfit can be held in a vice or be bolted to a work bench.

Use of the Crimper
The external crimper is an easy to use piece of equipment in that it can be transported around the warehouse or taken in a vehicle and used in the field.
This assumes that you also have the external crimp with the nut and nipple to fit.
